I wanted to make some bath bombs, one I could use to brighten up my morning and something to help me fall asleep at night. I was also looking for some new essential oil combinations as I tend to use the same ones and I need a change. I messaged my friend Nicole and she sent over a couple of oil combinations and two recipes, one for a bath bomb and another for a shower melt.
Nicole is a mama of two girls with a third on the way any day now, and one very large dog. She left her bartending job five years ago just before the birth of her first child and fell in love with essential oils and natural solutions. By the time her second child was a year old, she was looking for something to fill in her extra time. dōTERRA was a perfect fit for her from the beginning because she already used, loved, and talked about the products. A lot of those conversations were with me so when I wanted some new oil combinations I knew just who to ask.
Thanks for the recipes Nicole and for bringing shower melts into my life. Who knew shower melts were even a thing? Not me.
